 Please make your check or money order for $12.00 payable to: James A. Hudson

 The picture may be no larger than 5" x 7" or if you prefer you can send the
 image direct in a PCX, BMP, or TIF format.  Please specify the disk format,
 i.e., 3.5" or 5.75".  You must also include the Date and Description of the
 photo/image as well as the family name.  Thank you for your order!
 
 NOTE: Requires VBRUN300.DLL (included).  Copy this file to your WINDOWS/SYSTEM
 directory.  Copy the FAMILY.SCR file to your WINDOWS directory.
